IT Service Desk Analyst – 1st Line
As the IT Service Desk Analyst you will provide first line technical support to all GMGB staff. You will require an aptitude for working with applications/systems to undertake analysis, diagnosis and resolution of staff problems, which may range from straightforward advice to more complicated technical issues.
Responsibilities
You will have an excellent telephone manner and strong team working skills.
The following are desirable:
- a working knowledge of GMGB operating systems and branch practices
- general knowledge of MS Office products
- general knowledge of basic software installation and network hardware
- general knowledge of desktop computing
- the ability to troubleshoot printer/hardware issues
