IT Service Desk Analyst – 1st Line

As the IT Service Desk Analyst you will provide first line technical support to all GMGB staff. You will require an aptitude for working with applications/systems to undertake analysis, diagnosis and resolution of staff problems, which may range from straightforward advice to more complicated technical issues.

Project Location(s): Oxford
Compensation: £18,000 Per Annum

Responsibilities

You will have an excellent telephone manner and strong team working skills.

The following are desirable:

  • a working knowledge of GMGB operating systems and branch practices
  • general knowledge of MS Office products
  • general knowledge of basic software installation and network hardware
  • general knowledge of desktop computing
  • the ability to troubleshoot printer/hardware issues
